The Vancouver Cultural Precinct is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified consultants and multidisciplinary teams to support the next phase of one of British Columbia's most significant cultural infrastructure initiatives.

Following completion of our Needs Assessment Study and Programming & Planning Report, which was informed by consultation with 32 performing arts organizations, the project is advancing into a predesign phase focused on evaluating opportunities, refining options, and establishing the foundation for future implementation.

We invite responses from firms with expertise in areas including:

• Cultural and performing arts infrastructure
• Economic impact assessment
• Business and operating models
• Capital campaign and fundraising strategy
• Community and stakeholder engagement

The Vancouver Cultural Precinct vision is to create a network of world-class performing arts venues and cultural destinations that will support artists, audiences, and communities while strengthening Vancouver's cultural, social, and economic vitality.
